Arnie Burton

Arnie Burton last appeared at the Huntington in A Confederacy of Dunces and The 39 Steps (IRNE Award, Best Supporting Actor). He appeared on Broadway in The 39 Steps, Peter and the Starcatcher, Machinal, A Free Man of Color, and Amadeus. Off Broadway credits include The Temperamentals (Drama Desk Award), The Mystery of Irma Vep (Drama League Award nomination), Tail! Spin!, Lives of the Saints, Mere Mortals, The Last Sunday in June, The Explorers Club, and The Jew of Malta/The Merchant of Venice. His many regional appearances include performances at the American Repertory Theater, The Old Globe, Berkshire Theatre Festival, and Geffen Playhouse. Mr. Burton also appeared at the Royal Shakespeare Company in England in The Merchant of Venice. His film and television credits include The Invention of Lying, Igby Goes Down, The Private Lives of Pippa Lee, Game 6, “The Blacklist,” “Blue Bloods,” “Frasier,” “Law & Order,” “Caroline in the City,” “Life on Mars,” “Hope & Faith,” and a recurring role on the upcoming series “Flesh and Bone.”
