In this one-act play by one of America’s most celebrated dramatists, a two-headed "pig beast" is ravaging the Louisiana countryside. A terrorized mother summons Slim and his sidekick, Shadow, to slay the Beast. Back Bog Beast Bait is a featured event of the annual Boston University Fall Fringe Festival.

The BU Fall Fringe Festival, now in its 17th season, is a collaboration between the College of Fine Arts Schools of Music and Theatre and the Opera Institute.  The festival’s mission is to produce new or rarely performed significant works in the opera and theatre repertoire, bringing performers and audiences together in unique theatrical settings.
