Bent explores the persecution of gays in Nazi Germany, beginning during the “Night of the Long Knives” when Adolf Hitler purged the Brown Shirts of suspected homosexuals.

Bent  follows the journey of two gay men as they flee Berlin and attempt to escape from Germany.  Throughout the journey the audiences experiences, in stark, jarring terms, the lengths to which individuals are willing to go to survive.
