About

The Screwtape Letters is a provocative and “wickedly witty” (Wall Street Journal) theatrical adaptation of C.S. Lewis’ novel about spiritual warfare from a demon’s point of view. Set in a remarkably stylish office in the depths of hell, the drama centers on Screwtape, a senior demon — and Satan’s top psychiatrist — who schemes meticulously to capture the soul of an unsuspecting human on earth. Human notions of morality get turned upside down as unsuspecting mortal souls are enticed to join “Our Father Below.” “The Devil has rarely been given his due more perceptively,” said The New York Times.

Run time: 90 minutes, with no intermission.

Recommended for ages 14 and up. Children under age 4 will not be admitted.
