About

In Water in the Basement three men, abducted by vigilantes, find themselves trapped in a basement in the Arizona desert: a young undocumented Mexican, a Puerto Rican raised in Boston, and a Venezuelan born in California. The play confronts racism, homophobia, and xenophobia in the lives of people living in the United States as walls, bans, immigrant as enemy and political violence become normalized.

Running time: One hour, with no intermission.
