LATE is a contemporary new musical that follows two best friends, Billie and Katie, making their way through a vibrant, chaotic, funny, ordinary high school day – until it is suddenly torn apart by tragedy. One year later, Billie, Katie and six other classmates reunite to confront how a single day split their lives into before and after a school shooting. How can they heal? How can they reclaim their futures? They are determined to make their voices heard in a country that wants to look away and move on.
