AABP’s fourth annual concert brings ancestral folktales to life through four vibrant ballets—beloved favorites and world premieres featuring live music.

Suho and the White Horse (2023 AABP Premiere) the Morin Khuur’s origin story set amongst the native animals and people of Mongolia. Gabi sa Gubat/Night Jungle (2025 AABP Premiere) return to the forests of the Philippines for even more fantastical creatures said to roam at night. Lon Po Po (2024 AABP Premiere), our Chinese Little Red Riding Hood ballet, updated for 2026 with new choreography, costumes, sets, and live quartet music by composer Julian Gau. Tấm Cám, our world premiere of the Vietnamese Cinderella story where good triumphs over evil, set to original, live piano music by Christopher Vu.
