The Hive Theatre Company presents the award winning play, The Wolves by Sarah Delappe. Like their mascot the wolf, this high school girls’ soccer team run in a pack with all the hierarchy, loyalty, cruelty, and devotion one would expect from a pack of real wolves. In this story of adolescent discovery and dismay, the cast kicks about their identities on a soccer field filled with peer pressure, social constructs, and expectations. Sarah Delappe captures the hunt for young adulthood in a series of Saturday games. Be prepared to be at the edge of your seat as the drama and gossip rolls about faster than the flying soccer balls.
